Sessions are individualized to each client using a variety of treatment modalities that include trigger point location, fascial manipulation, aromatherapy, cupping, and more. Please ask if you are interested in receiving a chest or abdominal massage integrated into your session! All draping for chest and abdominal massage is done to promote and maintain absolute comfort and privacy.

MASSAGE FOR LITTLES
Pediatric massage is a great way to help our little ones adjust with their growing brains and bodies. Massage and touch therapy can help with muscle tone, sleep, concentration, emotional regulation, and developmental milestones. Sessions are also useful for teaching your child about safe touch, bodily autonomy, and wellness. Our sessions will be tailored to your individual wellness goals. Teaching and handouts will be provided for home massage between sessions!

INTEGRATIVE PERINATAL MASSAGE
Massage is a safe and beneficial treatment that supports the health and wellbeing of the body and mind through each transition in pregnancy, birth, and parenthood. Chest and abdominal massage are available as an extremely beneficial additional to your perinatal massage. Inquire further to see if chest and abdominal massage could be integrated into your session. All draping is done to promote ad maintain clients absolute comfort and privacy.
